Happy Newy Year & welcome to Bards Logic 1st Episode of 2017. Please keep my family in your thoughts. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law have passed during the holiday season. It was a sad time, but I am very excited to start a new year with you the Grassroots.

Bards Logic welcomes Cheryl Bly-Chester to discuss her as a role on Trump's Environmental Advisory Board in his administration.

Our Guest: Cheryl Bly-Chester has more than 35 years of engineering experience in the environmental, energy, and infrastructure fields. Her international work includes alternative energy and clean water supply in India and Africa, and working on the response to the Chernobyl nuclear disaster early in her career. Dr. Bly-Chester is the Managing Principal Engineer of Rosewood Environmental Engineering. When Arnold Schwarzenegger was governor he hired her – first to fix the levees on the State flood board and then to the State Mining and Geology Board where she served as the Vice Chair and the Chair of the Geo-hazards Committee. She was elected to her County Republican Central Committee repeatedly since 2004. She has been a delegate to numerous State Conventions and has been active in many conservative clubs and organizations. Through her academic pursuits, State board experience, political and professional experience, Dr. Bly-Chester has developed ideas on how to stream-line the environmental regulatory process to accelerate infrastructure development without short-changing the environment or the public’s chance to have a say and participate in their own governance.
