Jim Larsen: Jim has extensive understanding of Residential Construction, Architectural Design and Construction. Jim also has experience in the nonprofit arena having served in the capacity of a Chapter Health and Safety Director and a Public Affairs Officer for the Montgomery County Chapter of the American Red Cross. He serves as President, and Chief Executive Officer of FlipHero. His duties consist of program development, fundraising, public affairs spokesperson, advocate, and FlipHero Chief Executive Officer.

Heath Calhoun: 2014 Paralympic Silver Medalist-Sochi and Vice President of Flip Hero. His most notable accomplishment was helping to get the Wounded Warrior Bill passed through Congress in 2005.The legislation financially assists wounded soldiers and their families during the months, and sometimes years, of grueling rehabilitation. In May 2007, Heath was honored by the Wounded Warrior Project at their annual fundraising gala held in New York City. He was awarded the George C. Lang Award for Courage.
