In this installment of Comprehensive Planning at the BAIO, we will explore the depths of population forecasting and ensuring proper planning of adequate infrastructure in the context of nation building for Black Afrikan People across the diaspora.  How much infrastructure will we need?  What type of infrastructure will we need? And what is the projected population based on demand and interest in building a nation state? This will help the leaders plan and provide a basis for sustainability for citizens in our new nation.  No nation plans to fail and we are no exception.  In this episode we will go over the basics of forecasting, explain the location quotient theory as it relates to the basic and non basic sectors of an economy and we wll discuss case studies in funding modern infrastructure.
