My love of Yoga began with a personal practice in 2013 to help alleviate anxiety, stress, depression and to gain body strength. I could feel benefits flowing in and through my life. I realized the nourishing positive effects for my state of Being. I felt encouraged to deepen my practice by pursuing a Yoga Teacher Certification. I was actually the oldest person in our class and the training was Ashtanga based and quite strenuous in my body. Being the oldest in the class was of no concern. That actually led me to realize the incredible anti- aging benefits of Yoga and Meditation. This has in part become my purpose in life, to share about this perk of the practice.

I enhanced my Teacher Certification by adding in Yoga Nidra, which is a fascinating rejuvenation for the body mind.
