POSTHUMOUSLY PUBLISHED "TICKET TO HOLLYWOOD" NAMED 2013 COLORADO BOOK AWARDS FINALIST
Second book in comedic taxicab series from Running Meter Press
 
DENVER, CO – April 1, 2013 – Colorado Humanities & Center for the Book have announced that Ticket to Hollywood, the second book "The Asphalt Warrior" series by the late Gary Reilly, has been named as a finalist for the 2013 Colorado Book Awards in the genre fiction category. A winner will be announced Friday, June 21 in Aspen, Colorado.
 
After a two-year struggle with cancer, Reilly passed away in 2011, leaving only a short will relinquishing the rights to publish his works to friends Mike Keefe, a retired political cartoonist and Pulitzer Prize winner, and Mark Stevens, a former journalist and acclaimed author in Colorado.
