Our guest is Joe Dugandzic, founder of QTalk Radio. Joe was inspired by major shows on the Internet such as Feast of Fun, Invasion of the Pod People, The 404, among others. This led him to create QTalk Arizona in 2010.  Further inspiration from TWiT.tv and an attempt to serve a larger audience than a single podcast was capable of, QTalk Arizona became a podcast network in 2011.

In late 2011, he saw the growing need to expand beyond Arizona, and as several ‘golden moments’ arrived, he jumped on the opportunities and the expansion plan got underway. Joe has been involved with the local LGBT community for many years, starting out being a participant in the 1n10 youth program in the late ’90s and serving on the Phoenix Pride Board of Directors and doing fundraising for Aunt Rita’s Foundation’s events.
