Advancement for those with Special Needs
Tony Mei the BSA National Chair for working with Scouts with disAbilities will be back to talk about advancement  with those scouts with different abilities. 
 
We will be talking about the use of the ISAP (Individualized Scout Advancement Plan) and other tools that will help scouts leaders work with their scouts on advancement.
