Wren has raised and professionally marketed and brokered alpacas since 2004 in upstate New York.  She is the founder of Alpacas in the USA (www.alpacasintheusa.com) and owner/operator of Close-Knit Alpacas and its private, password protected online alpaca purchasing environment known as The Secret Meadow, "The Place Where New Beginnings Are Born"  (www.The-Secret-Meadow.com).  Creator of other such unique marketing campaigns as "Make an Offer Monday!" "The Crazy Golden Egg'capade!" "Valentine Twosomes," "Miracle Season" and "Matchmakin' Merriment!" Ms. Owens brings a 20+ year career background in film, tv and radio to her creations.  She also wrote and implemented a college level syllabus for an intensive hands-on training program called "Intern to Learn," open to students and others seeking hands-on one-on-one training in farm management over 10 to 12 weeks.
