Devera Publishing & Distribution is an independent publishing house specializing in resources for Personal Growth and Insight, and the Body, Mind & Spirit community.  We are also a distribution service for independent artists, authors and creators of products of interest to our niche market.

The name “Devera” is drawn from Roman mythology. The goddess Devera was one of three deities that protected midwives and women in labor and, took charge of the cleansing and purification of temples in preparation for various worship services, sacrifices and celebrations.

Devera Publishing began in 2010 when Jay & Jadzia DeForest introduced their unique line of “Living Magick Learning Cards”, educational flashcards for topics including: Tarot, Futhark Runes, and Astrology. As they began their own direct marketing campaign to stores and individuals across the U.S., they succeeded in getting their titles into over 200 stores in the first 2 years. As they added new titles to the line, they were also approached by creators of other Oracle and Tarot decks for assistance in producing and distributing their titles as well.
