Have you ever noticed that some people communicate so well they could inspire anyone to do anything, while others struggle just to express a basic thought? Why is there such a difference from one person to the next?  According to Geoff Weinstein, “some people have been trained on the art of influence, and others have not”. Influential communication is about three things: TRUST, PASSION, and LOGIC. If you’re able to get all three elements into the right balance, people will cooperate with you…willingly. This skill is a huge advantage in our high-tech world, where people are busier and more distracted than at any time in human history.

Geoff Weinstein is the owner of his own communications company, which he founded in 2006 after spending almost ten years in training and communication management at TD Bank.  Geoff has a deep passion for communication and ‘ethical’ persuasion.

Geoff has led hundreds of workshops and private coaching sessions and learned that most of his participants share the same concerns: 1) They waste too much time communicating; and 2) They don’t really know how to get people to take action. In his sessions, participants learn how to be more influential, while slashing the amount of time they spend communicating.

Geoff is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and sits on the board of directors for International Needs Canada, a Christian charity that helps at-risk children around the world. He lives in Burlington, Ontario with his wife, Leann, and three young children.
