In creating Super Interns, Michelle is an expert on internship program development and management. But Michelle has also been on the “other side of the fence.” During her college years, she participated in one mediocre and one down-right dismal internship. As a result, Michelle is very tuned into the needs and challenges of interns and goes to great lengths to make sure her interns have super internship experiences.

Together, Julie and Michelle have worked with over a 1,000 interns in their careers and have a simple step-by-step system for building internship programs in businesses of any size.
