Walking the talk, Merry is dedicated to applying positive psychology principles in my life, and encourage them in those around me. Over the years, and going through different milestones in my life from marriage, to raising children, changing careers, transitioning relationships, taking care of an aging parent, and working through a divorce, I’ve realized the impact stress can have on the body, mind and spirit. By taking her own medicine (self-compassion, gratitude, mindfulness), She has come through many of these milestones much stronger and more resilient… a testament to post traumatic growth. It is her vow to work with you to transform you into your best self, however imagined.
