This is one of the most sensitive subject subjects that the staff of White Apple Institute has had to present. Sexual misconduct is defined as “behavior by an educator that is directed at a student and intended to sexually arouse or titillate the educator or the child” (SESAME, 2012).Ten percent of America’s schools and over 5 million students are victimized and dealing with the issues of sexual misconduct of from kindergarten through high school (U.S. DOE, 2012 and NEA, 2012). Join Professor Applewhite and guests as they look a little closer at the possible reasons for these harmful acts committed against students and intervention for teacher education. Call 1-646-727-3758 to join us live on Saturday mornings between 10am-10:30am (AZ time); If you miss this show?
