The Wisdom of the Forest: Trees, Flowers , and Fairies

 When is the last time you really sat and connected with the forest and the trees?  The trees are ancient guides and friends full of wisdom and spiritual insights.  They help us to connect with both the earth and our spirit.  In this episode, we will learn how to better connect with the energy of the forest. This includes trees, but also fairies and flowers.   There  will also be a meditation to help us deeper connect with this energy.
