To kick start the week for you the tropical fish keepers, I have chosen a unique oddball fish to be the fish of the week. This fish is truly a monster!! It can grow up to 20'' in length. It starts out as a cute baby but as it matures it turns into a fish only it's keeper could love. This fish has a personality that will win their owners heart.
This week’s fish of the week is a type of gourami. Gouramis encompass many different species. Some of which stay relatively small reaching only 3’’ while others can reach up to 7’’. There are a few variants of gouramis that make the ordinary gourami look tiny.
It’s a gourami that has a personality like an Oscar. In fact, this gourami can in fact live with an oscar and eventually it will outgrow an Oscar.
This week's fish of the week is the Giant Gourami (Osphronemus Goramy)!!
Find out how to keep and care for the giant gourami!!
