Reclaiming the Ways of Our Ancestors

Just the other day I was talking with a friend who said he heard a lecture about how we should go back to the ways of our ancestors. Most of us are wondering how is it that people with little or no education accomplish so much? They owned land, they owned their own homes, they grew their own food. They took care of each other, they came together to help the community.
