Kai is not only a podcast host, he is also an audio engineer, musician and MMA Fighting transplant from Hawaii who is known to have been seen cavorting around town with the likes of Chong of "Cheech and Chong" and Lance Bass...

Kai joins us on AntiSocial Commentary to talk shop and give would-be podcasters advice on starting a podcast of your own with limited resources.

I also ask Kai about audio recording tips and his tried and true engineering techniques.
