Rose Jimenez is the owner and founder of Violet Rose Reiki in Westbury, New York. As a certified, registered Usui Reiki Ryoho Master/Teacher and Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher registered with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) practicing and teaching Reiki in Nassau County, NY and East Brunswick, NJ it is Rose's desire to provide support, education and information consistent with the true origins and teachings of Reiki and demonstrate how this complementary modality can encourage healing along with personal growth.

Gabrielle Kaplan-Mayer is the author of ‘The Kitchen Classroom’ and she will be teaching us the perks of cooking WITH your kids. Cooking with your children offers many benefits--it teaches children responsibility and confidence and about where our food comes from. In this age of processed-food, it is imperative that parents make time to cook with their children. Gabrielle will talk about strategies for busy parents to return to the kitchen. Whether you are a foodie or have never cooked before, she will share tips for getting you motivated!
