Professional Genealogist Jessica Passman is Femfessionals' Chief of Operations and Compliance, with responsibility for the organizational development and overall operation of the organization. Jessica and Violette met some time ago at an initial Femfessional luncheon. From the moment she signed in for the event, Jessica fell in love with the energy and attitudes of the women and the fundamental business concept. Initially, Jessica was contracted to form and organize the company and to provide legal counsel with respect to the company's expansion. However, Jessica's passion for the development of the company and her desire to be an integral part of its growth was too incredible to overlook. During a strategy meeting where Jessica met with both Erika and Violette, it was clear that the three women could thrive in a synergistic business partnership. Together they have created an exclusive and beneficial professional networking group connecting women locally and eventually globally! Violette Sproul founded Femfessionals in 2009, creating an innovative approach to connect professional and ambitious women through events, social media and the company's website. Femfessionals has been featured as the upcoming networking group for women and seeks to positive impact the community through education, and philanthropic components. Erica In 2009, Erika joined forces with a group of dynamic ladies looking to enhance the way women network in South Florida. After brainstorming and evaluating the situations facing women in today's economy, Femfessionals was born. Currently, Erika is the Chief Communications Officer for Femfessionals and is excited to be part of this new venture that is sure to change the way business women interact and prosper.
