Viraj Gandhi comes from a family of entrepreneurs. He started his consulting firm when he was 23 years old and it has grown significantly and has a roster of some of the country’s largest government agency customers. He joins Sister Jenna to tell us how he got started in the business world and his keys to success.

Viraj is the CEO of Paradyme Management, Inc. Since founding the company in 2003, Viraj has been responsible for leading the company’s strategy, culture, and growth. In the firm’s 17 years of business, Paradyme continues to celebrate remarkable growth as recognized by several local awards for the Largest Minority-Owned Companies, Largest Government Technology Contractors and most recently named on INC 5000’s DC Metro Top Companies list.

Viraj has over 20 years of extensive experience in operational leadership in government and commercial markets and he is an active member of the Executive Committee of the Young President’s Organization’s Washington DC/Baltimore Chapter.
