As we continue our discussion on jobs and diversity in the work place my guest Johnny Young and I will reflect on the historic March on Washington for jobs, where Dr. Martin Luther King delivered the famous I Have A Dream speech.
Forty-eight years to the date we are still talking about jobs in a troubled economy, racism, and equality. Although we have made tremendous strides since the march and other issues that challenged the equality for African Americans the question still remains in the hearts and minds of many have we come far enough and is the dream realized?
