Ron Allen is the Chairman of the National African American Insurance Association. Ron Allen began his career with Allstate Insurance Co. becoming one of the first African American claim adjusters & Allstate Agents. Ron has a 40-year affiliation with the organization serving on the Allstate Foundation Regional Grant Committee and is the President of the African- American Allstate Agents Alliance. Ron was elected Chairman of the National African American Insurance Association in 2008 and is responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving relationships with traditional insurance industry trade associations and other organizations representing the interest of minorities in the ever growing, emerging multicultural marketplace of the insurance business.
