According To Me: Jolly Good GOP Strategy

It's a Jolly good time in Florida, with David Jolly winning in the special election and picking up another seat for the Republicans in the House. Jolly ran primarily on and against Obamacare and won? Is this the right approach and a tell tale sign of what is to come in 2014 mid terms? 

Tonight the According To Me Militia (thats you) and myself play campaign advisors. Should the GOP follow this strategy in the midterms? Should they choose another strategy? If you were Karl Rove (minus all the chins and minus the douchebaggery), how would you advise the GOP to win this year?

The left isn't serious are they? Despite over 50% of American's not giving a rip about it, Democrats and even the Secretary of State insist on making Climate Change an important issue in this election.
