Mindset Monday! Inclusive or Tolerating Workplace?

There is a HUGE difference between an inclusive work environment and a tolerant work place.  As a person from a group traditionally under represented, I can certainly feel the difference.  Part 1 of this discussion will focus on our attitudes and beliefs as it relates to diversity in the workplace.  While organizations can have clever mission and vision statements, it is the behaviors, attitudes, and traditions within the work place that reveal the most.  Today we will examine our role in creating an inclusive or tolerant workplace.  Feel free to send questions via email (alonzo@kellyleadershipgroup.com), Twitter (@KLGLLC), or simply call in to join me live!
