The 2016 Mazda CX-3 is a new entry by Mazda vehicles.  It is a sub-compact utility vehicle that is low-priced and gets great gas mileage.  Noted automotive journalist ALAN GELL had one for a week-long test drive and during this segment, reviews his experience and adds his analysis of the car.  In the end, he found the CX-3 to be economical, sporty, and fun-to-drive.
