Noted automotive journalist ALAN GELL recently attended the annual Texas Auto Writers (TAWA) test drive event at the Texas Motor Speedway (TMS). Over 58 vehicles were available and 53 registered journalists drove and voted on various cars. The 2017 Chevrolet VOLT Premier Hatchback was entered in the "Green Car" category and Alan took time out from the busy schedule to spend a few minutes with FRED LIGHOURI to talk about this unique vehicle.
