Interview with Doris M. Ellis and Cathy Durant about their upcoming movie "Going Out a Champion," the Coach Joe Ellis Story. It is an inspiring, much anticipated sports, romantic, drama film based on a true story of Coach, Joe Ellis, who coached Surry County, VA, High School to it's first State Boys Basketball Championship and 8 weeks later he died of colon cancer.

"Going Out a Champion" is a true story based on a novel written by Doris M. Ellis. Cathy Irby Durant, of  Devine Communications Video & Film Production based in Atlanta, Georgia, is Producer-Director. Former NBA Player, Dominique Wilkins, of the Atlanta Hawks stars as Joe Ellis.  Bea W. Bliss plays the role of Doris Ellis.
