In a Swedish Study it was solidly understood that under-exposure of the sun, is much more dangerous to the health of a person than anyone in the scientific community had ever expected. In the beginning there were only three big lifestyle factors that endangered health, and those being, smokers, and being overweight and lack of workouts or activity. Now there is a fourth and that is adding the correct amount of good sunray (UV-B) to your daily lifestyle to improve health and to remain healthy.  Constantly blocking the sun from the skin, be it staying out of the sun, or the over-use of sunscreen has a devastating effect on the body's Vitamin D level. Tune in for the Rest Of The Story at 7PM tonight, Wed May 4---from the Aging Younger Show.
