Shades of Equality

Which businesses support equality for those in nontraditional relationships & what they really want from you.  Also, do black businesses embrace the status quo for economic protection (and social acceptance) or do their owners really BELIEVE that God cares if the man or woman buying, say, baby food ALSO gives his/her partner (of either sex) lap dances or owns the Shades of Gray trilogy?
