Lorrain Taylor, founder of "1000 Mothers To Prevent Violence," is a nonprofit executive, recording artist, public speaker, and community activist. In the year 2000, Lorrain lost her 22 year old twin sons to gun violence. As an activist she pushed for sensible gun laws and legislation.
