Pastor Freddie, aka Freddie Stone, is the former lead guitarist and vocalist in the popular 70s group, Sly & The Family Stone. He has written songs for his sister Rose Stone, his brother Sly Stone, and others including Larry Graham and Carlos Santana. Freddie is currently recording his sophomore album and serves as Pastor of Evangelist Temple Fellowship Center in Vallejo, California.
Empowered Youth provides at-risk youth the tools and support needed to redirect their lives and become positive role models in their families and productive members of their communities. They have launched Empowered Youth Entrepreneurs, a for-profit business that creates jobs for the youth. They also have an apparel line called EY StreetWise.
