Listen in as we talk about the influence of tears on our fears. The healing rain of our tears as we experience the release of emotion is something most of us can attest to. So why do we still feel like we are weak when we cry, or we get embarrassed by our tears? Tears are the primary way that we release emotions that are coursing through our body, mind and soul. They are also a messenger to let us know how we are feeling deep down. But if we turn them off, then we start to shutdown our ability for our body and mind to communicate effectively. Unfortunately, once we start shutting down, fear and other painful emotions can become grid locked in our bodies and can settle quite literally in our cells. Just a reminder to let the tears flow!
