Listen as Katrina Nobles speaks about her two sessions at ACR Conference 2015: the first on Thursday from October 7 from 1:30-5 pm with Susan Brecher: Strategies for Facilitating Difficult Individual Conflicts with its workplace focus and transferable processes and skills to other areas of dispute management and resolution; and then for the full-day session on Friday, October 9 from 8:30 a.m.-5 pm with Peter Chen on Cross-Cultural Conflict: a Pragmatic Approach with its context on identifying factors affecting process and outcome in cross-cultural disputes in the third-party processes of mediation and negotiation.
