10:00 PM EST Special Guest Professor Carol M. Swain of Vanderbilt University Law School will be Breaking it Down with DT and the ACNation Family.  Father John Sims Baker, the Catholic Chaplain at Vanderbilt, submitted his opposition to a proposal by Vanderbilt University to apply its nondiscrimination policy to the leadership of student religious organizations. Professor Swain will give status on this application and her thoughts on Vanderbilt University's actions.  She will also discuss the Supreme Court Quandary with Elana Kagan and the Department of Justice Quandary with Attorney General Eric Holder.  The Professor will also discuss why she started The Carol Swain Foundation in April 2011 and released:  Be the People: A Call to Reclaim America’s Faith and Promise in June 2011.
