Jihad Siddiq did 28 years in prison for murder before changing his life and becoming a productive, law abiding citizen, a mentor, youth advocate, Projects Manager for the Rise UP organization.

Today's first interview is with Raymond Johnson who has been incarcerated for over 30 years.He talks about his life behind ars and how he has changes and flourished, reay for a life with handcuffs off, being a part of is community and home loving and supporting his family.

The second interview is with Jibril Williams, the President and CEO of Legendary Accomodatons and member of MAD DADs.
Jibril talks about his life and incarceration and about the business he is building in order to be an employer of the formerly incarcerated and give young people a chance to make a change in their lives and take a new path.
