Interview with Bill Lawrence and William Jacobson

Bill Lawrence is running to represent Texas’ 12 district in Congress. He is a lawyer, business leader, military veteran & 3-time former Mayor of Highland Village. He has earned a Bronze Star recipient for Meritorious Service in Vietnam, has worked as a tax attorney, and is the Owner & CEO of B Lawrence Consulting, LLC.. Besides his law degree, Lawrence has earned two master degrees, one in science and one in management. He is married with three children and four grandchildren.

 

William A. Jacobson is Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Securities Law Clinic at Cornell Law School. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was Senior Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal and Director of Litigation for the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project. Prior to joining the Cornell law faculty in 2007, Professor Jacobson had a highly successful civil litigation and arbitration practice in Providence, Rhode Island, concentrating in investment, employment, and business disputes in the securities industry, including many high profile cases.
