Al Chernoff aka Alley Cat from Rescue Ink

Al shares his life with eight rescued cats and assists many rescue groups in Philly, including building and placing feral cat shelters around the city. He is always doing something for animals, like investigating animal cruelty and abuse cases in his community that are reported to Rescue Ink.
