Today we will learn how to make a police report.

We have a number of incidents in our lives were we need to make police reports, maybe you will find the info useful as well.

We have assess our audience as Teens and Parents.

We know that as a family we should protect each other.

As our audience ages we need to prepare to live in the community effectively.

Learning to make a police report is our interest today.

We will learn the process and who to contact

-there are online services

-dial in "Report A Crime"

-walk in report a crime

-bring all info that will help the police -contact info, insurance info, financial forms etc...

-know your case number

-get a copy of the report

-make a claim for lost, stolen, and damaged property

-make a claim for physical damage and mental trauma

-file a form

-report the crime where it happened for jurisdiction (fact: you can go to safety then talk to a social worker, lawyer, or police staff etc...you can get help out of town)

-collect your thoughts - make notes
