From the very start, Michael Jackson lovers have been targeted. It didn't take long for those who hoped to cash in on the death of the King of Pop to come out in force. Emotions are high, a multitude of exciting events are taking place, and once again it is that time, Lovely Ones. This is a great time for scams, we have been through a lot...and the holiday season is now upon us!

The Better Business Bureau warned consumers who wanted to purchase some Jackson memorabilia to carefully evaluate the source of the product and the transaction as classified advertisements and e-mail solicitations were soaring. The game plan may have changed, but the scams roll on and on. It has been difficult. At  times like these, scams become abundant. And while fans want to feel comforted, it behooves them as consumers to be cautious.

"The cause of Michael Jackson's untimely death has been determined, Conrad Murray has been convicted, and the sentence has been handed down,  still people are seeing suspicious and awkwardly written e-mails appear in their in-boxes for ways to remember Michael…for a cost. Right now, MJ Supporters are going through an emotional time, and are vulnerable to a multitude of scams. Not only because of what has happened regarding Michael, but also because this is the holiday season.
