Faith is an amazing tool to help us see beyond our circumstances right now. Sometimes our faith is challenged in those times our faith is like a muscle that we must exercise and stretch. Sky LaRose interviews our guest Carole St. Claire Richards owner of St. Claire Designs LLC a Real Estate Developer and Design Firm and contributor to Tears To Triumph (page 187) as she shares her story of overcoming set backs from everything from bidding process for the land, being shaken down by a group of ex cons on the construction site to the financial crisis which led to the real estate market falling out just as her dream project St Claire's on Fifth was near completion. Even as she is saddled with bad news, including keeping the project financially afloat and her project in foreclosure, Carole takes out a new lease on life appreciating every day as the gift it is and persevering over every challenge. Monda Webb a licensed Realtor in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia who has spent the past eleven years in mortgage finance, working all three mortgage markets, including the primary (Wells Fargo Home Mortgage), secondary (Fannie Mae) and residential (Prudential) markets. Monda has the distinct advantage of educating her buyers and sellers from a tri-fecta perspective. Webb is an author of the novel 7:22am and has been a featured Realtor on HGTV's "Get it Sold" and "Designed to Sell". Webb will share her tips for women facing foreclosure or purchasing a home.
