She has analyzed skills gaps and developed training programs for numerous departments in major corporations; she has performed outside and inside sales for IBM, written press releases for newspapers, television and radio, and managed international e-business solutions for a top US auto manufacturer. A lifelong student and teacher, Lara shifted her focus over the years from teaching in academia to mentoring in corporate America to coaching in all aspects of human development and business reinvention.
