Entering her fifth season as the Tigers' pitching coach, Hancock joined Pacific's coaching staff prior to the 2010 season after finishing her pitching career at UC Davis in 2009. In four seasons guiding the Tigers' pitching staff, Hancock has helped put the Pacific in the top-three of the Big West in every important pitching category.  In 2013, the Tigers' finished third for the third-consecutive season with a 2.87 ERA, again better than the previous season, while Pitcher Nikki Armagost was named to her fourth conseuctive All-Big West first team.  Coach Hancock Tigers
