President Barack Obama has created a "Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force" among other initiatives, supposedly to address  the problems of foreclosure terrorism, by the "big five banks" including JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America--as part of the $25 billion dollar settlement announced by the Department of Justice and Attorney General Eric Holder on February 9, 2012.  Do you think this plan is working?
