Professor Johanna Fernandez on Mumia Abu-Jamal & Young Lords

Ms. Fernandez is a Professor of Baruch College Department of Black and Hispanic Studies, producer of the film "Justice on Trial," and author of the upcoming book "Young Lords." She is currently best known as an advocate for Political Prisoner and former death row inmate Mumia Abu-Jamal.

Recently she visited him and we are fortunate to have her here today as she discusses her work on his behalf and his recent transition from death row to general population to a new facility.
