This podcast was created about two years after 321 was started. After speaking with several insurance agency owners and salespersons at well-known brands you all know, we discovered that 80% of financial services specialists did not understand much about owning a business.
Unfortunately, for the agents, their agencies and independent marketing organizations spend 95% of training time on insurance products, benefits and features. Little to no time is spent training agents how to contact, prospect, set appointments and interview potential insurance clients.
