Funeral photography why it should be done

Funeral photography is about the deceased as well as the living. It is about the importance of capturing moments with family and friends even during a season of tears. When someone passes away, we come from near and far to celebrate, reunite and reminisce. As a funeral photographer, I help others mourn the death, celebrate the legacy and the living.

Sonja Y. Foster is the CEO and founder of Foster Farewell Photography LLC.  She is a native of Hampton, VA,  Ms. Foster has worked as a clerk typist, pipe fitter and editorial assistant before becoming a visual journalist. She lives in Fairfax, Va., but will travel anywhere for a client.
