Teach Yourselves and Yours Staff How to Get An A

Everyone has the ability to get a great score in life.  However many people do not see that way they think that in order for me to win you have to lose.  They value themselves more than others.  This has been happening since the beginning of time and will more than likely not change very much in the near future.

It is not about position, pay, education, race etc.  People over play their roles and sometimes have very little of anything positive to say about themselves and or others.  Companies rate their staff and supervisors member on a distributional curve thru annual performance review processes that do not really assist the staff to do better and do not fix or help fix a problem until that damage is done.  Most plan for us plan to fail as part of the plan.

The old ways serve the few and not the many. Think about it. The sad thing is that both parties in the end FAIL.
