Have to ever looked in the mirror and wonder why?  Have you look at you situation and said how did this happen to me.  Have you ever said why me, why now. Have you ever said to yourself things have got to get better.  Have you ever asked yourself is this it.  Have you ever looked up in the air, down on the ground or down into your own hands and say please help me to no one.
