Spiritual Practitioner ethics & Integrity

Many people are disenchanted with Traditional Religion so they are beginning to explore spirituality. Just like the image of the preacher in an 800 dollars suit driving a new cadillac, many new age practitioners are unethical and poorly trained as healers and spiritual counselors.Indigenous people have been fighting for decades against the new age movmement for co-opting their traditions and ceremonies without proper training and initiation. The recent arrest of James Ray (from the secret) for deaths that occured at a sweat lodge that he hosted is further evidence of this epidemic.We encourage people on their spiritual path to use discernment when choosing energy healers and spiritual counselors. This show will explore red flags to look for when choosing a practitioner, and will be discussing the need for more accountability and training for spiritual practitioners.
