A look at Christmas

Welcome to another show here at your place.  We hope that you have enjoyed our study on Psalms 119 with Sis. Bobbie Lively.  We are still having some technical problems with the new internet and uploading links to our show.  But we were able to get a show uploaded for tonight. This last week at church our Sunday School lesson was tallking about the idolitry that was brought into the church was displeasing to GOD! I will not use the graphic words here that was used for that lesson but it made clear how revolting idolitry is to GOD.

As people of faith, we have seen and heard how people will take part of GOD's word and throw it away because it does not fit their lifestyle. But we know that all scripture was given by inspiration of GOD.  So taking something pagan/idolitry and bringing it into the church just because it is fun...well you get the point.  I battle this in my mind and heart every year during the holiday season.  I do know that just because we call something a non-sin does not have the same weight as GOD calling it sin!  And we know that no sin is going to enter into heaven.  Please give this room for thought and at the end of this show we open up the microphones to hear your comments and answer your questions the best we can.  Just push the number 1 on your phone and you will be identified by the last four digits of your phone number.
